Terms and Conditions for online courses supplied by NatContentLtd

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are designed to ensure a clear understanding of the rights and responsibilities of both the student and Natcontent Ltd (trading name "Write-Click-Sell.com"). By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge the necessity of this Agreement and agree to abide by its terms. This Agreement is essential for maintaining a respectful and productive learning environment, protecting the intellectual property of the course materials, and ensuring a smooth educational experience for all participants.

Section 1 - Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any of NatContent's supplied courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not enroll in or participate in the course.

Section 2 - Course Access

Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access to the course materials, which may include videos, templates, writing materials and AI tools. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your personal or business use. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any course materials outside of your organization without express written permission from Natcontent Ltd. To participate in the course, you will need a reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing online content.

Section 3 - Student Expectations and Obligations

As a student you are expected to:

- Complete assignments on time and participate actively in discussions.
- Adhere to an honor code, ensuring that all work submitted is your own.
- Respect fellow students and maintain a supportive learning environment.
- Utilize the videos, templates, and AI tools provided for your own business purposes. Any outputs generated from the AI wizard are yours to use as you see fit.

Please note that all course materials, including the chatbot, remain the property of Natcontent Ltd, with all rights reserved. You may not sell or distribute course materials to individuals outside your organization or rebrand them for resale without express permission.

Section 4 - Payment Terms

Payment for online courses can be made through accepted methods, including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment systems. Payment schedules, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Late or non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the course.

Section 5 - Refund Policy

Our refund policy allows for a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, processed via Stripe. If you request a refund, you will be removed from the course and will no longer receive updates to the AI wizards, chatbots, templates, or other materials. You will be removed from all group discussions.

This does not negate your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act (2015) or the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).

Section 6 - Privacy Policy

In addition to administering your enrollment, Natcontent will also add you to their newsletter list, to offer you more support, advice and discounts on other courses. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without affecting your course communications and access. You can also write to info@write-click-sell.com to remove yourself from marketing commuications and to ascertain what information we hold on you.

Section 7 - Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, templates, and AI tools, is owned by Natcontent Ltd. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or selling any course materials without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of course content may result in legal action.

Section 8 - Liability and Warranties

Natcontent Ltd is not liable for any issues or damages that may arise from your use of the course. The course is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of results. By participating in the course, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own outcomes.

We empahsis that you should under take your own in-house checks and approvals when using any form of AI as hallucinations are a common problemin this industry.

Section 9 - Termination of Access

Your access to your course or coaching may be terminated if you fail to meet payment obligations, do not adhere to student expectations, or violate norms of conduct, including confidentiality of other students. We reserve the right to revoke access at our discretion.

Section 10 - Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
