You've made real progress (even if it doesn't feel like it)

Now, you've made real progress.

If you've implemented all of this, you'll be seeing real results.

However, I am very aware that a lot of people will just read and run. And even if they do implement something, there will be a case of beating yourself up for not doing the rest of it, or forgetting it, or getting it mislaid along the way.

So, the first thing is: work out where you were, and where you are now.

With any luck, you've already put in a few campaigns. So you can see, for example, that your results are higher, you're feeling much more motivated, and a lot happier about doing it.......
