Not just once, but continually across the year. We have covered content, templates, systems, how to segment your audience, and how to audit your results. If you missed any of these, you can go back and see them all via the links in the email or by the links in the blog. ### You've made real progress (even if it doesn't feel like it) Now, you've made real progress. If you've implemented all of this, you'll be seeing real results. However, I am very aware that a lot of people will just read and run. And even if they do implement something, there will be a case of beating yourself up for not doing the rest of it, or forgetting it, or getting it mislaid along the way. So, the first thing is: work out where you were, and where you are now. With any luck, you've already put in a few campaigns. So you can see, for example, that your results are higher, you're feeling much more motivated, and a lot happier about doing it.......
